When an opportunity arises to travel, I wouldn’t say no. But when the destination is an incredible country for birding and wildlife enthusiasts, my heart skipped a beat.

The biodiversity of the country is phenomenal. Because of the geography, you travel for an hour and you may end up in a completely different eco-system.

I captured thousands of photos in various weather conditions, including the dense and wet rain-forest, which presented a significant challenge. While increasing the shutter speed to capture bird motion also raised the ISO, resulting in some loss of image quality, I am still extremely pleased with the photos I took over the course of two weeks.
